    Choosing an Internet Home Business
You decided you want to own a home business…to be your own boss and enjoy all of the perks that go along with it. However, among the myriad of opportunities available on the Web, how do you decide which one is best for you? Following is a checklist to help you decide.1. Money-back guaranteeAny legitimate home business will require at least a modest financial commitment. The so-called “free” opportunities will seldom reap the sort of rewards that will make you financially independent. Therefore, before you sink one dime into a home business, make certain that the seller offers a written money-back guarantee. This will protect your investment in the event the business does not turn out to be what you expected

Learn To Profit from Earnings Season
We are currently in earnings season - a time when companies announce their earnings results from the past quarter. These much awaited announcements can cause quite a bit of volatility in the markets, especially when the results are something other than expected. But, as a trader you can learn to capitalize from this volatility and profit from some unique trading opportunities. Before a company ever announces its earnings, analysts are out there interpreting information and doing their best to predict what that company's earnings will be. If the actual earnings are much different from the estimated number, we will generally see a gap in the stock. That gap occurs because investors were blindsided by what the

Defining Your Ideal Client: How to Work for Only the People Who are Your Target Audience
More than half of all new businesses fail within the first few years. I believe that this is due in part to the fact that these businesses never seek out their target audience and ideal clients. If you try to serve everyone you most likely will end up serving no one, so it is better to find a niche that you can market to directly. By marketing exclusively to these ideal clients you will end up with more work than you could ever have dreamed of getting.I have a client who runs a handyman business. He works alone and does excellent work at a fair price. When I first began to work with him he told me that he could help anybody so everyone was his target audience. He was getting work but he was driving over three hour

Make Money With A Business Opportunity Online
There are so many business opportunities these days that promise to help you make money online. What should you do to choose one? Here are some tips to help you with your decision.1. Find a business opportunity online that actually makes money. This isn’t hard to do. If the business opportunity has products that you would actually want to buy, then this might be an ideal opportunity for you.2. Figure out a niche that will go with the business opportunity you have chosen. You may sell frying pans, but your customers will think you give away recipes that use a frying pan, and you recommend a good frying pan to use!3. Starting Your Business: 3 Tips for Bootstrapping Your Way to the Top
Bootstrapping a business startup does not necessarily mean that you are unable to find traditional sources of capital. It may mean that you are clever, or that you know a bargain when you see it, or that you are the type of person who derives a certain satisfaction from crafting something using your own hands and vision, from scratch. If this is the way you feel, a franchise is probably not for you. A venture capitalist, if you could even find a member of that rare species when you are just starting out, is also likely to want some or too much control, and your vision might be thrown out of the window in that scenario as well. It’s kind of the same thing when you make your first homemade cheesecake using a recip

For the 1st half of 2004, natural gas price was between $5 and $7 averaging at $6.0. Natural gas price was as high as $9 in later half of 2004. CHK stock price is still below $17 recently and its reported quarterly net income severely under-estimated its true profitability.

    * Margin of Safety - CHK

Wall Street analysts have been predicting significantly lower N. gas price or oil price in 2-3 years ahead. Therefore, CHK or the whole oil and gas stocks are trading as if N. gas price between $4 - $5 range or oil price between $20 - $30 range.

First of all, I disagree that oil or natural gas will go down much from here. Inflation, weak dollar, China and US strong economy justifies the current high energy price. Energy price will stay high for quite long term. Wall Street analysts are still
