The FTC or Federal Trade Commission needs to reduce its rules and regulations, by completely starting over but using the same definitions. The rules need to be simple and understandable and based on common sense.

They need not be the hundreds of thousands of pages that span 50 industries and 3000 sub sectors. It is ridiculous to think that the Federal Trade Commission serves any purpose in the present period in the United States of America. Maybe we should just close it and fire all the employees and take away their pensions and deny them any access to Government Jobs in the future; the problem with this agency is that bad. Consider this in 2006.
