We are all, in one way or another, in the hospitality industry, we are all supposed to be taking care of our customers, clients, and prospects but it is refreshing when we see someone go out of his way to be of service. I grumble, and sometimes complain, when I get lousy service, but just as Eric went out of his way to help me, it is equally important to acknowledge excellent service when we get it. If we reinforce great service hopefully we will get more of it.
