As leaders we make ourselves available to teach, train, and motivate, and if we don’t know we say, I don’t know, but I will find out and we get back to the person with the answer. The really Great Leaders lead by example! The Great Leader gets out there in the trenches and blazes a trail for their organization. Do the people in your organization see you out in the field doing what you teach them to do? If not shame on you – You need to be leading the charge and show them your example – DO!

I love this business – Network Marketing – and I find it extremely fulfilling to apply these principles as well as many others that I’ve learned over the years.
