Becoming a witness to our behavior is a very useful skill. It allows us to disengage emotionally and mentally and to become the observer as well as the participant. From this stance we can:

Competency Based Interview Questions Made Easy
Competency based interview questions are used in an effort to make the interview process as standard and as fair as possible. It is a technique which is being used increasingly in large organizations where many managers may be interviewing for the same type of position such as in Call Centres or Banking back offices. This method of interviewing is also called Structured Interviewing and uses Behavioural Interview
Whether you have been running a home based business for 5 years, for 3 weeks, or if you are still searching for the right fit, you will succeed exactly in proportion to the degree of self-esteem & self-confidence you hold, and to your willingness to play nice with others.

As those of us with experience well know, there is a vast difference between working in an office environment with lots of other people around to offer stimulation and motivation, and working from home. The home environment offers many amenities - some would say too many – from the refrigerator, to the TV and stereo, to playing on the Internet, to going out the door for a walk break or to pick a few weeds in the garden. Staying motivated and focused is a primary challenge and is the major reason why this type of business is not for everyone.

If you really believe in yourself and your goals, you stand a much better chance of hanging in for the duration. You can be certain that delays, mishaps, human error, unfair decisions, rudeness and many other frustrations will come your way. Are you prepared to deal with them and to get on with it despite them? I think that it is Dolly Parton who said something like: “If you want the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, you might expect some rain.”

Don’t let anyone’s words or actions propel you into contraction, into tensing and contracting your energy fields for long.

It is interesting to me that we use the terms “present tense”, “past tense”, “future tense”. Why are we putting tension into our memories, dreams and ‘now’ moments? It would be better to use terms like “present expansion”, “past expansion”, “future expansion”.

All of us have negative programming up the ‘gazoo’. So it is not reasonable to come down on yourself when you go into anxiety, fear, anger, or negativity of any kind. The trick is to catch yourself doing it and to make a deliberate decision to return to a positive frame of mind. If your negative mood is intense, this can be challenging. It is easiest to begin by thinking of anything or anyone that you find beautiful, that you love, that you trust, or for which you are grateful. Once you do, build on that and persevere until you are once again thinking and feeling confident, powerful, and successful.

It does not matter how often you “fall off the ‘positivity’ wagon”. What matters is how quickly you can climb back on. Most of us know that you can successfully ask/program yourself to awaken at a certain hour without an alarm clock. Similarly, you can ask/program yourself to know when you fall into negativity, to become a witness to it, to remind yourself that you can change your attitude and to begin the turn-around process.

Getting the Most from Your Graphic Designer
A well-designed document is an effective document. It gets your message across to your intended audience—whether your aim is to give information, sell a widget, or help someone grasp a concept.I have graphic design software on my computer, and I think I have a pretty good eye. Why do I need a graphic designer? Strictly speaking, you don’t—any more than you need a hairstylist, a mechanic, or a lawyer. You
