In fact, this is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of and when I consider the types of e-mails I get it just blows me away. I have literally been called every name in the book.

The reader went on to tell me that I must have nightmares every single night. Where do these people come from? And what is wrong with our society?

Personally I have never met a nightmare opponent I have not beaten, nor will I. So generally NO, I do not have nightmares, do you? Challenges in dreams make us stronger, same as life.
