Of course, the Government could still spend $9 Billion with Veteran-owned businesses every year but that would mean that the Veterans who do have their own business would make even more than their fair share of the Federal Budget.
Last year, the Government only spent $1.2 Billion with Veterans who owned their own company, even though the President wrote a law that said they should spend $9 Billion. I’m sure there were many Federal employees who were disappointed with their performance review.
Now, if you are a Veteran and you would like to help Federal employees improve their performance ratings (not to mention making an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money), then you NEED to start your own company that is qualified to do business with the Government.
