Put yourself in your employees shoes and ask yourself, whether you would like and enjoy to work under these circumstances. This does not mean that you spend a heck of money for furniture or so. But it does mean that you care about them, since a lot can be done even with almost no money! Do you know what kind of special knowledge and know-how each of your employees might have and how it could impact your success by making a huge difference? Are you willing and ready to educate yourself about all these topics and more? Are you willing and ready to spend the time and money to get the advice you need from a personal coach?
