Make A Name For Yourself, Or Someone Else Will
You no longer have your name - you have your name, PLUS, what people say after it.I realized this axiom years ago during the first few years of wearing a nametag 24-7. See, while that time wasn't the most comfortable or productive, it was certainly the most interesting and enlightening. Probably because the idea was still evolving; and wearing a nametag was still SO organic that every day brought about exciting new moments its evolution.By the time I graduated college, strangers began to approach me not only to ask why I was wearing a nametag; but also to ask if I was, in fact, “That Guy Who Wore the Nametag.”“Um, yeah. Yeah I am,” I’d say. Meanwhile I’d be thinking, Wow! They already know who I am! Cool. But it wasn’t until January 15th, 2003 that it all came clear. That was the day CNN interviewed me about my first book HELLO, my name is Scott. That was the day I officially took ownership of my unique, powerful a

    Section. 4

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

All elected officials, including but not limited to the President, can be impeached for crimes against the nation (treason), buying or selling influence (bribery), or other “high crimes and misdemeanors,” whatever that means to the Congress at the time. Apparently, the 105th Congress led by Congressmen Newton Leroy Gingrich (R-GA) and Robert L. Barr, Jr. (R-GA) feels that lying about a sexual indiscretion is a “high crime and misdemeanor” so I guess it could mean just about anything.

    Selling a House is Easy
The thought of selling a house strikes fear into most people. The contracts, the legalese, the exorbitant costs — they all conspire to make the experience unpleasant at best, and a nightmare at worst. It doesn't have to be that way, though.Let's take a look at three different scenarios for selling the same house. We'll assume an average house in an average town in America, whose market value has been established at $150,000.Scenario 1: A Traditional Home SellIf the value of the home is $150,000, a realtor will often suggest a list price of $149,900 — and rightfully so. Although you lose $100 before the house ever goes on the market, studies show that buyers actually see a difference in the two prices much greater than $100, so the ultimate benefit outweighs the initial loss.Statistics show that the average home sells for 90 to 95% of the asking price, so let's suppose you accept an offer of 93% — or $139,400. That'

Clause 1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

The President is the Commander-in-Chief of all the United States Armed Forces. He also is in charge of all federal departments i.e. Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of the Interior, etc. and gets written and/or oral reports from each whenever he wants. The President also has the power to pardon anyone of any crime except impeachment cases.

Clause 2: He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

The President has the power to appoint Ambassadors, Judges, Supreme Court Justices, Ministers and Counsels, etc. etc. with the advice and consent of the Senate, approved by a 2/3rds vote of said Senate. Congress has the power to say no to any appointee they decide is not up to the task. That means that no President gets to have whomever he or she (HA!) wants just because he/she wants them. Clause 3: The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

The President can make recess appointments (when Congress sis on vacation) for any open positions, however these appointments are temporary.

Section. 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

Divorce & Alimony-Understanding The Different Types Of Support Awards
By definition, alimony is a specific amount of money ordered by a court to be paid by one spouse to the other. The term of payments can either be limited or indefinite and, traditionally, was designed to be paid by the husband to the wife. Historically, men were expected to support their families while women became homemakers. Today, everything has changed. With women now being a staple in the workforce, the courts have employed a new alimony-award system. Alimony, often referred to as maintenance, can now be granted to either spouse and is largely based on economic need.Whether you are seeking or being pursued for alimony, it is important to understand the different types and what they mean to you. Permanent alimony, which does still exist, is typically granted only if the awarded spouse is unlikely to gain employment in the future. Temporary alimony, on the other hand, is granted on the basis that the receiving spouse simply needs he

    International Marketing
Before you consider entering into the international market, do as much research as you can. It is a whole new world outside the U.S., and it is very easy to make a fatal mistake. The following are just some of the marketing areas that must be considered. The market entry requirements or barriers to entry. Social or religious limitations that may affect your business. For example, the MGM Grand in Las Vegas had to rebuild its multi-million dollar entrance that was a tiger's mouth, because it was offensive to Chinese customers.International demographics will undoubtedly be much different from your domestic market. You also need to know the exact market size and be able to conduct effective international market segmentation and international positioning. This will require you to know the current market, market statistics, and market history. You must have affordable media strategies for consumer or business-to-business marketin

    Web Design: The Simple Complexities
“There's a better way to do it. Find it.” - Thomas EdisonThere may be joy in web design, but often the joy rings hollow when there are multiple steps to create something that may not even work. Certainly there are individuals who thrive on learning various web codes and how to make them work together, but this is not often the case.“Recognizing the need is the primary condition for design.” - Charles EamesIf the need is to create an ecommerce website then you have a target for what will ultimately become your web design. The design should never come before discovering the need.“A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.” - John GallThe complexities of web design can be distilled in a template rich web design and web hosting solution that pulls together some of the best web design tools and allows the complex system of web design to be developed in a simplified

    Article. III.
    Section. 1.
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

All court powers are endow to the Court systems, with the Supreme Court being the ultimate authority on legal interpretation. Federal judges receive salaries that cannot be reduced.

    Section. 2

Clause 1: The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Citizens of another State; between Citizens of different States, --between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects . (See Note 10)—

    See footnote...

Clause 2: In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

The Supreme Court resides over impeachments, but otherwise acts as the final appellate (like a legal second or third opinion, or final opinion if you will) court unless Congress passes a new law on that particular subject.

Clause 3: The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

If you or someone you know is on trail for anything other than impeachment, you have the right to a trial by jury in the State in which the supposed crime took place, except if it did not occur in any state (say on a military ship), then Congress prescribes where you shall be tried.

    Section. 3

Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Crimes against the United States by citizens of the United States (treason) means you have sold secrets or vital information to other countries or anti-United States enemies, you have provided enemies with “aid and comfort,” meaning you have in some way made their campaign against the United States easier by providing a place to eat and sleep, an
