They have been forced to do this to counteract the all the negative BS and anti-Bush press, they should have spent much more. In an article in the New Mexican Santa Fe Newspaper there was a sentence:

"The extent of the Bush administration's propaganda effort is unprecedented and disturbing," Representative George Miller of California said in a statement.

Such a comment by a California Representative is hilarious indeed. Let’s look at the facts shall we? The World put out a media hit on the US, which was lead by France over the Iraq War. Later we find out that it was all about the "Oil for Food Scandals" it was purely economic. Then recently when we talk about Iran, Chirac starts talking about "nuclear" reciprocal responses, which sounds a little von Clauswitz and Machiavellian to me after France’s negative slander campaign on this Great Nation.

Additionally, as the negative PR and anti-American world media campaign got started we see our own liberal base use it to attack the Bush Administration calling them “unfit to lead” and use guerilla political tactics to get elected, as Kerry and Edwards wanted so bad to get elected they did not care if they trashed on our country?
