Do You Speak And No One Listens
Do you speak and no one listens? When things are going well in the workplace we rarely consider the language we use to communicate. However, there are times when we need to get a message across or find clarity in a situation and there will be a barrier to understanding. This is a common problem within organisations and one that can be easily solved if we take the time to listen. This may sound a simple solution nevertheless very few of us listen effectively and sometimes this can lead to conflict. Each one of us uses a representational system to communicate with the most common systems being Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic (vision, hearing and touch). What you will find is that if you need to be in rapport with someone it really helps if you can speak their language. For example if someone is visual they will use references that will be associated with vision like, “I see what you mean”, “you are being very short sighted” and they will paint a picture when they describe situations giving you really specific details. In order to communicate effectively with a visual person there wi
, “give and it will be given unto you.” This is not just referring to tithes and offerings, but your time, talents and prayers as well.

Faith works by love and we know that “without faith it is impossible to please God.” We can, therefore, infer from this that if you are not walking in love, your faith is not working the way it should and you are not pleasing to God as a result.

Email Marketing - The Critical First Step In Developing A Relationship With Subscribers
The old saying goes, “You only have one chance to make a first impression.” This is especially true in email marketing since you don’t have the convenience of a face-to-face interaction with your readers. It is absolutely vital that you make your first email distinct and attractive so your readers will be eager to open any further emails you send them.Remember, you’re trying to develop a long-lasting relationship with your subscribers, so you don’t want to screw this up.Always Exceed Your Subscriber’s ExpectationsYou usually offer some sort of incentive to encourage visitors to sign up to your mailing list. This incentive often consists of a free report, a mini-course, a downloadable ebook, etc… As always, you should include a link to the download page for the sign-up bonus in your welcome email, but you should also include something extra.Include another bonus, one you did not mention on the sign-up page, which compliments the original incentive. You can say something like, “To show you my appreciation for subscribing to my newsletter, I’ve included an additio
1 John 4:16: “And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.”

1 John 3:14: “We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death.

This is the evidence of love, because we love the brethren. Love is not an emotional feeling. Love is a person. God is love. God is moved by compassion but He is love.

When we are truly walking in love toward our brothers and sisters, we intercede for them and seek others needs before we seek our own. We will find that God will meet our needs when we quit being so ME conscious and start esteeming one another more highly than ourselves.

James 5:16: “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”

God’s Word is telling us to pray for one another so that you may be healed.

Love affects everything we do. As the Word says, “give and it shall be given unto you.” This is a scriptural principal in the Word of God. Giving and receiving, sowing and reaping, are Biblical principals. They do not just apply just to money and financial needs but to every aspect of giving.

You will reap what you sow. If you are constantly sowing out of love than that is what you will reap.

Love always gives. If you are continually being “me, me minded” than you are going to have a hard time reaping. This is trying to reap without sowing.

Remember, “give and it will be given unto you.” This is not just referring to tithes and offerings, but your time, talents and prayers as well.

Faith works by love and we know that “without faith it is impossible to please God.” We can, therefore, infer from this that if you are not walking in love, your faith is not working the way it should and you are not pleasing to God as a result.

Donation Request Letters Need Suspense To Keep Donor Attention
How would your next fundraising letter perform if Agatha Christie wrote it?“Alan,” you’re whispering, “Agatha Christie is dead.”“I know,” say I. “But I’m trying to make a point here. So bear with me.”Agatha Christie is the world's best-known mystery writer and, apart from William Shakespeare, is the all-time best-selling author of any genre. Christie knew how to write novels that hooked readers right to the last page. The tool she used was suspense.Include some suspense in your fundraising letters and you’ll make them more powerful. To add suspense, you need a problem, some conflict and a goal. You begin your letter with your problem. You show how this problem is in the way of you and your organization reaching your goal. During your letter, you introduce some conflicts (difficulties) that your donor must help you resolve. You don’t ask for a donation in your opening line. Or even in your opening paragraph. That would spoil the ending.Instead, you hook your reader, preferably with a story, and add

    Franchisors, Lawyers and State Regulators
Most people think that lawyers are crooks and some people think that franchising companies or franchisors are out to make a killing on poor unsuspecting franchisees. State regulators think that Franchisors are not good and lawyers are wonderful. But why? Well because they are lawyers of course. Yet in reality lets look at the situation here. You see, Franchisors duties and responsibilites are to their team, their franchisees customers, extending brand. If the franchisor neglects such duties and responsibilities then they are short lived and they will go out of business. It is for this reason that the franchise system is inherently stable, viable and ethical. Whereas with lawyers and regulators are not and do not have the same inherent checks and balances. When it comes to Franchisors, Lawyers and State Regulators it should be noted that Franchisors are entrepreneurial companies and therefore are the best of breed in economic commerce. Lawyers scrape the cream of wealth from the nation without any real worthy productivity. State Regulators put up roadblocks, barriers to entry and stifle fro one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”

188 Step Hero's Journey (Monomyth) - Screenwriting, Plot Secrets
FORWARDThe 188 stage Hero's Journey (Monomyth) is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. In fact, ALL of the hundreds of Hollywood movies we have deconstructed (see URL below) are based on this 188+ stage template.Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters. This is the template you must master if you are to succeed in the craft.[The terminology is most often metaphoric and applies to all successful stories and screenplays, from The Godfather (1972) to Brokeback Mountain (2006) to Annie Hall (1977) to Lord of the Rings (2003) to Drugstore Cowboy (1989) to Thelma and Louise (1991) to Apocaplyse Now (1979)].THERE IS ONLY ONE STORYTHE 188 STAGE HERO'S JOURNEY:a) Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.b) Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.c) Gives you a tangible process for building and releasing dissonance (estag, are Biblical principals. Virtual Office Services
Looking for typing or data entry work that you can do from home? You might consider opening your own Virtual Office Service. Many different types of businesses either don't have the time or the resources to do this type of work on their own. Your clients could range from self-employed entrepreneurs and business travelers to small companies. Jobs can range from data entry to bookkeeping and accounting. So what does it take to provide a Virtual Office Service? One of the basic requirements for this type of business would be good word processing skills. If you have experience in a certain field, like accounting, you should capitalize on that and market your skills to clients that would benefit from that skill. Of course, organizational skills would be essential. You may need to juggle several jobs for different clients at one time. You would only want to take on as much work as you could handle effectively in a given time period. The basic equipment that you would need include a good computer and printer, and most likely a fax machine. A good computer will run anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000., “give and it will be given unto you.” This is not just referring to tithes and offerings, but your time, talents and prayers as well.

God is not mocked, what you sow you shall also reap. Sow in love and reap the harvest, then you will have more to sow into the kingdom. Let us repent of our selfish motives and start praying for others. This strengthens the bonds within the body of Christ, making us all stronger.

Ephesians 4:16: “from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”

If we are constantly backstabbing and gossiping about one another, how is the Holy Spirit going to move and minister? We are not lifting Jesus up with these kinds of actions and behaviors.

Romans 5:5: “Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”

Let us love one another, The love of God is poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. Let us therefore not grieve the Holy Spirit. Love affects everything we do! When we see a brother or sister in Christ struggling in any way, your first motive should be to help them. Love them unconditionally, as Christ loved us unconditionally and gave Himself for us.

Romans 5:8: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Do you remember the parable of the servant who borrowed a great sum of money from his master and his master forgave him the debt? But than he turned around and would not forgive one of his fellow servant the small debt tha
