    Incorporation Services
Incorporation is the term denoting the formation of a new corporate firm, whether business or non-profit. It is a legal procedure that involves registering a company name and logo. Incorporation of a company has lots of benefits when compared to a company run by an individual or group of individuals. The first benefit, of course, is that your assets are in stocks owned by the public, and you hold a comparatively lower personal liability. This also reduces the personal risks for company owners when somebody decides to sue the company. Owners can also cut down on the income taxes they pay as the sole owners of their company, and also

5 Warning Signs That Your Career Is Off Track
Sometimes the changes in our career direction are so subtle and gradual that we fail to notice them. But the earlier you see that you’re headed in the wrong direction, the easier it is to get yourself back on course, or adjust course, if necessary. All too often, unwary workers realize they’re on the wrong track after years of time and energy have been expended. Foresight and extreme self-honesty can go a long way to prevent failure and disappointment. Here are some warning signs that your career may be off track:1) You no longer feel a sense of passion and purpose about your career. What excited you ten years
In my consulting work I am often asked how to pay people, and what titles go with what jobs. I think the right answer requires a thorough understanding of the responsibilities assigned to the individuals. I think the three pieces; pay, titles, and responsibilities are tied together.

For starters compensation data by job title (not by defined responsibilities) by industry by geographic area and by size of company is readily available. Employers use this information and as well as employees - it’s really how negotiations begin. It’s also why employees care so much about the title. Unfortunately many employers “give” titles away too easily.

To help you with these three decisions I think you should spend time creating an organization chart with the boxes clearly identified. That’s right; no matter what your company’s size make a chart. It can be very simple and I suggest you use simple terms not titles. Focus more on what is required of the “box.”

A New Way to Look at Your Career
You can pick up any business or news magazine at any time and read articles about the rapid pace of change, the increasing speed at which everything moves, the globalization of industry and commerce, and how technology is changing our world.Of course all of these things are true. Further reading will lead us to articles about the “new world of work” and how our working lives are changing; that we are changing jobs more frequently, are expected to multi-task, taking less time off and being completely connected all of the time. All of these facts can lull us into a belief that there is nothing we can learn from workers of the
ividuals. I think the three pieces; pay, titles, and responsibilities are tied together.

Veteran Entrepreneurs Are Growing In Ranks
When I’m not running my own business, writing articles about business, speaking to groups and organizations about business, or consulting with companies who want my advice about the running of their business, I teach a weekly class on the subject of (care to guess?) starting and running a business. To quote my frequently-mentioned and wise-beyond-her-years teenage daughter, Chelsea, “Dad, you really need to get a life.” This advice coming from a child who believes all roads lead to the mall. What my eldest offspring doesn’t understand is I have a great life. In fact, I am living the life I have always dreamed of living.

    ABC: Digital Dictation
According to Dictaphone®, in 1952 recorded dictation itself was established as "a time saver over handwriting and stenography among attorneys, physicians and other professionals". In fact, it was in 1973 that the first mini-cassette recorder was marketed, making analog dictation the technological equivalent of listening to music on an 8 track tape! There are several options to capture dictation files, once you have decided to upgrade. They include:I. TELEPHONIC OR DIAL IN DICTATIONA toll free number is dialed, a pass code punched in and work is dictated into the receiv

    Become A Better Business Person
Let me ask you this… What makes a successful business owner?Well for me, a successful business owner is someone that earns well into six figures or more each year from their business, working around 3 to 4 days (or less) per week.I call this ‘successful’ because if they can make a few hundred thousand a year from their business, and only work a few days per week – they have to have a lot of great things in place…Not just in their business – but in their personal life.It tells me that in their business they have fabulous systems and staff members that are willing and able to work even when the owner isn’t
dentified. That’s right; no matter what your company’s size make a chart. It can be very simple and I suggest you use simple terms not titles. Focus more on what is required of the “box.”

Label the top box, “Decision Maker.” Reporting to that box might be three boxes; “Makes the donuts (MTD)”, “Sells the donuts”, “Keeps us out of trouble.” Maybe under MTD you might need two more boxes; “Buys the stuff ” and “Gets the donuts shipped.” Even if it’s just you and a partner or a jack-of-all-trades person, create all the boxes - just put your name and the other person’s name in the boxes.

As you grow and more clearly see the future needs of the business you will add more boxes. You will also start hiring people and that’s when you need to get, titles, pay and responsibilities in sync.

I strongly, very strongly advocate - did I say VERY strongly advocate - that before you hire anybody, you look at the box they will fill and outline the results you wa
