    Medical Billing - FB0 Record Fields 1 Through 7
The FA0 record for medical billing was pretty long to say the least. Well, the F series records are not quite done. The FB0 record, even though it is separate from the FA0 record, is still considered line item detail for the claim and must be transmitted if it is required by the payer. In this installment we will begin our review of the FB0 record.FB0 field 1, positions 1 - 3, is the record type. This must be filled with FB0. It should also be noted that the FB0 record must come right after the FA0 record for that particular line item. In other words, if there are say five FA0 records and five FB0 records, the sequence of records must be FA0, FB0, FA0, FB0 and so on. If the records are out of sequence, the claim will be denied.FB0 field 2, positions 4 - 5, is the sequence number in the claim. Because there can be up to 99 F records in a claim file, each one must be given a sequence number, such as FB0-01, FB0-02 and so on. These sequence numbers cannot be out of sequence. If they are, the claim will be denied.FB0 field 3, positions 6 - 22, is the patient ID. This is the same patient ID that was reported way back in record CA0. It should be noted that each patient's claims are reported separately. In other words, after the CA0 record comes the D, F and other records for THAT patient. Another CA0 record cannot be transmitted until all the line item detail for that patient has been transmitted. Out of sequence, CA0 and F records will cause denied claims.FB0 field 4, positions 23 - 39, is

How to Choose the Best Business Card Printing Services
When you are interested in buying some business cards you want to know where to go to get the best services. Generally, choosing the best business card printing services is not that difficult if you know the criteria you should use. The following tips will help you learn what to look for when you are trying to find a business card printer.QualityOne of the most important things you should look for when trying to find business card printing services is a company that offer high quality business cards. Nobody wants to pay for business cards that come out looking like a kindergartner created them. That is why you should look for quality first. Ask other users of the service and see how they liked the quality. If plenty of other clients report that the service was outstanding and the quality high then you should feel comfortable choosing that service. New services aren’t out of the question; just make sure you ask a lot of questions up front to ensure that you receive the quality you anticipate.PriceAnother important aspect is price. You don’t want to spend too much money on your professional business cards because you can get professional cards for a low price. However, you do want to shop around a bit and see what average prices are. If you find similar business cards that are of significantly different prices then choose the cheaper ones unless that service has received really bad reviews. Lots of times business card printing services mark their prices up just to make more money even though they don’

For example, you can print your information in a series of publications, print it in a book, manual, report or newsletter, put it on a cassette tapes or present it at seminars. You can focus on one area, or utilize much area.

One thing is certain; people are paying billions of dollars to obtain well packaged information! There are books that sell for up to $100 and more, with manuals in a close second. There are reports that consist of 10-12 pages selling for up to $10 or more, while seminars can cost as much as $15,000 for a single weekend. It may sound incredible to the average person, but people are willing to pay top dollar for information. However, the "packaging" must be perceived as being worth the price you are asking. But before you decide on how to package your information, you must first consider who your primary audience is, and cater to those people in everything you do.

FOCUS ON SUBJECT MATERIAL THAT IS SALABLE

Information for your subject matter can be found in various places. For the best results, start with your field of expertise and turn it into a book, manual, report or newsletter.

Focus on providing your targeted market with simple, understandable, and helpful information. It must overwhelmingly appeal to your customers' wants and desires...

Never forget that this is the age of specialized information. People are completely willing to spend their money for tens of thousands of different forms of information, provided it is useful to them. Your job is to either find a need and fill it, or create the need and supply it. One of the best ways to get started is to sit down with some paper and write down every subject you have some degree of knowledge about. Your list of subject doesn't have to be in any particular order. Don't force it. When ideas for headings no longer come easy, stop and start up again at a later time. When you feel comfortable that you have covered most of the areas you know, start picking out the topics that interest you the most. Then you can start researching more material for your writing projects.

FILL YOUR MATERIAL WITH SELF-INTEREST BENEFITS

Many new writers fail to understand that if they expect any hope for business survival, let alone success, they must come to realize early on that a big part of their job is to arouse the emotions and desires of their customers. Your product, whether a boo, manual, report or newsletter, must be portrayed as being jam-packed with self-interest benefits.

Millions of dollars in failed business ventures are wasted every year simply because entrepreneurs fail to understand that what customers want to hear is not necessarily what they have to say. You should never forget this valuable lesson. It can make you rich!

YOUR MATERIAL MUST STIR EMOTIONS AND DESIRES

Emotions are what move people to buy anything. Therefore, the job of your product and advertisement vehicle is to move your prospect to buy. You have to stir enough emotions, not only to cause desire, but the rationalization that provides an excuse based on logic.

Even after a prospect makes a commitment to buy your book, etc. they may think they have acted logically. None of your customers will ever Admit that
