The Customer Is Always Right - Phooey
For years I have heard the comment that ‘the customer is always right’. Baloney! There have been many times that I as a customer have operated under false assumptions, bad advice, unrealistic expectations, rumors and hearsay. I’ll bet if you think about it, that you too have not always been right as a customer.I am not suggesting you get into a tug of war with a customer about who is right or who is wrong. If you treat a customer as if they are wrong regardless of whether they are or not, you may win the argument but you can kiss any more business with them goodbye. So what is a salesperson to do when the customer is
But that was the proper moment for him to start planning on the business he has in his heart to materialize. Probably he can start on a part time basis; while settling his mortgages quickly, and refrain from getting a new one. As he does this, Nature would help him to achieve his heart's desires, and at the same time build his character through the experiences that he would gain. Step by step, Nature guides those who take their steps wisely, and work towards achieving the goals of their spiritual heart.

However, if he chooses to ignore the spiritual heart, he would begin to encounter all sorts of funny and sometimes downright ridiculous problems at work or home. For example, employee problems, new personnel rising up fast to replace him, his work not being appreciated, problems at home, and so on. All this could eventually lead to high blood

    Live Debt Consolidation Leads
A 'Live' consolidation lead means the most recent or current lead available. Live debt consolidation leads are a popular option for money management and are found in advertisements in most cities. Live debt consolidation leads are provided by companies that also offer debt consolidation services. Telemarketing plays a big role in the success of leads and so the company, in order to promote these leads, provides telemarketing agents. Potential customers are informed about a potential lead. Customers are also informed about refinancing options provided by mortgage companies. Live debt consolidation leads are being promoted by brokers an
My nephew crashed in at our place late night yesterday. He was supposed to be at his matriculation college in the state of Johor by this morning. However, due to massive floods in the state, his bus was forced to take a turn back to Kuala Lumpur. He is actually from my wife's hometown, Tanjung Malim in the state of Perak. Tanjung Malim is about an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur via highway.

He arrived a few minutes after I did. He was pretty tired. I was just continuing to write up some of my recent experiences for the article posting, when he said he wanted my advice on something. I listened. He said he could not make up his mind on what he wanted to do with his life. I was surprised. The reason was he's a top student with grade point average of 4.0. He virtually could choose whatever he wanted, and there would definitely be many private companies willing to sponsor him.

I told him that I could not decide for him. He had to listen to his heart, and that is what mattered. The heart I am talking about is the spiritual heart, and not the emotional heart. He gave me that look that said, "Huh! How was that again?"

The emotional heart is the heart that experiences emotions, i.e. happiness, sadness, frustration, anger, joy, generosity, and so on. The spiritual heart is the KNOWING heart that has the blue print of your life! That heart is here to guide you in your journey towards your ultimate goal, the very purpose you are here on this planet. It is that heart that guides you during your most troubled time, and also during the good times, so that you do not forget that there is still much to do. However, many do not listen to the spiritual heart; that is the reason there is so much of chaos in the world right now. Most people are insanely driven by emotions.

He asked me, "How do I listen to my spiritual heart?" I told him that the spiritual heart had already guided him to where he was now. He blinked. I said that was the truth. Now, he would have to explore in detail all the choices that he had. As he goes through them in a calm manner, he would come across one that his heart would choose and stick to. Then, go for it, I said.

He said that he did not really get it, but he did have an inkling of what he wanted to do. I smiled and said that probably was it! He slept with a smile in his heart!

Most of the time, people ignore the spiritual heart, especially when they are older. Let us look at an example of a manager who has reached the highest post in his organization that he can possibly reach. He was aware that he was receiving a phenomenal income for very little toil. He did not feel right to receive it, and at the same time his heart wanted him to start a business that he had always wanted to indulge in. However, his intellectual mind quickly rushed in, and hushed his spiritual heart to forget the nonsensical idea as he still has mortgages to pay, and two kids to send through college. At this point, my nephew interrupted, feeling that there was nothing wrong with the man’s reasoning. I smiled and agreed with him. However, I said that the job that he had taken up was just one aspect of this great journey of life. That job was to provide him experiences to continue on with the journey of life. He had reached the top, and his heart had already indicated that it was about time to move on.

Rationally, that did not mean that he had to immediately resign! Lessons Learned: Correcting an Error in Judgment:
Important lessons can be learned by a person's errors in judgment and mistakes. Recently I learned from an error in judgment that I made. The incident occurred when I insulted one of my best friend's wife (not done intentionally). This set off a journey of internal soul searching on my part. The incident: While at my friend's house for dinner, I made a comment that was directed at my friend's wife. She did not hear the comment but my friend did hear it. He did not say anything (Didn't want to embarrass me in front of her). He knew what I had meant by the comment but was unhappy with what I said. It was a very insulting c

Mortgages and House Prices in the UK Reach New High
According to a recently released study by the property website, Rightmove, the average asking prices for UK homes showed the strongest annual price rise for over a year during the period from mid-April to early May. The report has caused Rightmove to revise its original estimates for the price increases for 2006, up from about 5 per cent to 8 per cent as a shortage of attractive properties being available for sale is helping to push up general house prices across the UK.The figures showed that asking prices rose for the fifth consecutive month as the supply of homes has again not kept pace with the current levels of demand. During these periods, the spiritual heart would spring up and tell you what to do, but in a blink you would just shut it out again using the intellect. Some of you reading this may be going through this at this moment.

Once again, I say Listen to Your Heart! Nothing ever happens by chance. Every Cause has an Effect.

It is not easy going through this alone. It is best to have someone, who had threaded the path, to guide you. That is why I have the “Personal Coaching” session to help my participants to learn to recognize, become aware, and listen to the spiritual heart. It is nothing religious, it is just about planning carefully to achieve the goals that one seeks to achieve, and learning to trust Nature and its infinite wisdom. It is a journey, and not a quick fix solution.
