It is not easy to control the tongue. The Epistle of James (again in the Bible) said that the tongue is an unruly member and that it is hard to bridle (James 3:1-12). From experience, I know that this is true. However, through exercise and discipline you can control your tongue and create the life that you want. It takes practice and you have to work at it daily. But if you do harness your tongue, you will be blessed beyond measure.
