Direct Mail Guarantees Should Hurt la! A blueprint gets created. Then the building of it occurs, fleshing it out on the inside i.e. painting, decorating and finally – enjoying your creation! The best guarantee to offer your direct mail buyer is one that hurts. You, that is. Like you, your potential buyer lives in a rip-off society where merchants sell shoddy products and vendors do not honour their promises. In this kind of selling and buying climate, the best way to increase response rates and encourage repeat business is to offer a guarantee that hurts you but helps your customer. The more you have to lose, and the less your customer has to lose, the better off you both wil Our life course is exactly like building the house. We are actually both the architect and the builder of our path of life. We create what you want, all along the way, and constantly. Your path is created in the moment of action. If you see it laid out in front of you, you can be sure it is someone else's path. That is why you see it so clearly." (Joseph Campbell)Debt consolidation, as we know, is a technique where the borrower of many loans takes a single loan from a different lender to pay off his loans. Not when we "think" we need it, but when the Higher Being knows in its infinite wisdom what to provide in the appropriate time. This quote literally fell into my lap one day just when I was faced with a coaching client who was in a position of being unhappy with their current path in life, and were in the midst of self-discovery and awakening. And so many of us are that time right now of awakening - discovering that jobs are non-satisfactory, relationships aren't working in the same fashion as they used to, and taking the plunge into discovering just what is it that gets us going in the morning with smiles on our faces. It's all about charting our life course. We then search for THE purpose, or the ONE person, or THE thing we were meant to do in our life. We try and follow other people’s footsteps as if we were at the mercy of somebody else’s magic wand of creation. We even tend to look at our lives as something of fate—where someone else decided our path for us and we are victims to that path. Well, here's my belief. We came to this Earth with a blueprint of unlimited potential—and how we choose to manifest that potential is ours to do while we are here. However, the catch is that we will never be able to see the manifested path in front of us clear as crystal. Why? Because we create it as we go along. We manifest our course through our own individual thoughts, words and actions minute by minute. It's like building a house. As the architect, you have to know your end results—in a sense. You want to build a house. But what kind of house do you want to create? Well as you ponder all your possibilities, primarily based on your dreams, desires, passions, wants, you begin to outline what kind of house you want to your specifications - large, small, kitchen with an island, laundry room, a specific number of rooms, etc. And then the architect begins to construct exactly what is put forward. A therapist rather naturally develops his own style after many imitations of a good method. Most of my patients have been women who were abused in a frightening way during childhood. She said without skipping a beat, "Garage sales—I’ll do anything for a garage sale. That would always get me out of bed, even at 5:30 a.m." That seed of an idea, stemming out of pure happiness within her heart, led her to launch a great and profitable internet business merely two months later, selling fine jewelry and antiques that she found at garage sales.
