What is the Difference Between Unsecured and Secured Debt?
A secured debt is a debt in which the creditor maintains a security interest in an item or piece of personal property such as a house or an automobile. With secured debts, if you fall behind on payments, the lender can repossess the property that originally secured the debt. An additional drawback to secured debt is the fact that you may remain liable for the deficiency balance owing on the debt after you

I could, of course, embellish the list with some details to get me really fired up, or put coloured markers or flowers against each item or importance and urgency against them to make it more appealing/attractive and prioritise. I am wondering whether it will work. I’ll try it and let you know. I’m too excited to wait and see if it works. I want to tell people about it now.

I’ve made similar lists before, but they’ve always been in the wrong place, somehow. I’ve never tried having one by my bed or looking at it first thing. Maybe you c

Internet Marketing Success Takes Dedication and Determination
It is amazing how many people have no idea the level of workload that it takes to succeed at internet marketing. They really don’t know what they got themselves into. You first of all must know what you want, before you will be able to find a way to obtain it. If you don’t think that you have the drive and willingness to succeed, you might want to save yourself some trouble and not get into Internet mar
I have struggled with motivation for years, what to use to motivate myself, esp. in the mornings and especially if I’m feeling bad. I’ve been asking myself lately, how to overcome my negative upbringing and childhood to be the person I want to be.

Motivation tapes, such as the Zig Ziglar kind, do do it for me, but they are always too much, getting me overexcited, and they take quite a lot of time out to listen to. Getting overexcited I would quickly become exhausted and end up regretting ever getting excited because I then couldn’t sleep for excitement! They would also tend to make me think I could do things I probably can’t or things that aren’t right for me at least.

Then other things I tried, tapes I listened to, or books I would read, wouldn’t get me excited enough.

So this has been a quest of mine for many years. And I think I may have found a happy medium, which is writing my own motivation list, which consists of all my favourite things: things I’m really interested in, things that get me really excited, projects I’m doing and one I want to get going in the future, and goals I want to achieve. This can include books I want to read, places I want to visit, shoes I want to wear, instruments I want to play, books I want to write or poetry, classes I want to take, e.g. art classes and drama, photography collections I want to embark upon, jewellery I want to make, and so it goes on.

Another example would be my partner is really into martial arts and fighting/defending oneself from attack. He is always talking to me about different fight/attack scenarios and how to defend himself against them. This bored me, quite frankly, as it’s on the periphery of what I’m interested in, so one day I said, write it down as something to look into, and asked is there some way you can do something in your life that encompasses some on of this so you get some satisfaction out of doing something with in, and then you wouldn’t have to tell me about it all the time. That led me to thinking, what about making a list of all the things you are interested in, and add to it every time you come across something that gets you excited, like X-creatures, for instance, that you want to explore further?

That then made me realise that perhaps this was what I had been searching for, a list of things I love, to get me going in the mornings, instead of listening to someone else’s motivational material. Just a simple list by my bed would maybe be enough to get me out of bed in the mornings and get me going on all my projects that excite me, instead of wasting time lying in bed trying to get the energy together to get up.

    Permanent Relief for Ingrown Toenails
What is an ingrown toenail? An ingrown toenail is simply a curving of the nail border into the flesh of the toe. When the pressure from the curved or deformed nail becomes excessive, the underlying skin or tissue is pierced or opened and this provides entry for harmful bacteria. It is common for bacteria to be around the nail without an infection. However, when the skin breaks and these bacteria

    Environmental Abuse
Abuse of our environment arises from actions that cannot be sustained by nature. For instance, if 3 trees are felled in order to make way for a new house, then nature has lost three trees and any offspring forever. This is not sustainable. If, after felling the three trees,  four new trees are planted in an alternative location where growth and reproductive prospects are the same as in the prev

The Nuts and Bolts of Mystery Shopping
Mystery shopping is no longer a secretive, treacherous prank, played by ungrateful employers. It is now a legitimate survey technique that stretches beyond a simple measurement of compliance and service quality. Mystery shopping is a legitimate mechanism for enhancing loyalty and integrity, and is a useful self-evaluation method for employees to improve their work with customers. Mystery shopping is now v
