    2. Utilizing (and Creating) the Right 'Frame of Mind'

Having popcorn on it's own may not mean much to people, but having it while enjoying a movie is something entirely different. It's this 'frame of mind' that cinemas are taking advantage of by providing the popcorn when you really want it!

They're selling it when and where you're most ready to buy it. If they tried to sell you popcorn an hour before or after the movie screening, they would have a hard time convincing you to buy their over-priced popcorn. Similarly, if they tried to sell you the same over-priced popcorn on

Fast Decision Is Required For Fast Fashion
How retailers can come up with quicker, superior resolution in a move to react quickly to shifting shopper demand? The retailers are under noticeable pressure in order to respond continuously evolving fashion trends. The consumer’s demands are continuously changing with the fashion trends, whether its design, fabric types, colors or even the modest technology. Planning For Growth
Are you planning your business or are you planning your growth? If you are like many high-performing business people, you have an annual ritual to set your plans for the coming twelve months. Some people do it in December, others at weird, miscellaneous times of the year, but most -- me included -- tend to do it the beginning part of the New Year.It doesn’t matter exactly when you do this, but it is important you do it sometime soon. It has been said all the way back to the time of the ancients: goals and written plans for their attainment are the surest way to speed up your accomplishments. So skipping this step is not an option! As you buckle down

Managing Drinking Water for The Capital Of Pakistan
Third world governments plan and make strategies and show their commitment to efficient and sustainable use of water. But, while implementing these strategies into action, executing agencies always make mistakes, mostly due to organizational inefficiency and incompetence. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is the Civic Authority of Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, responsible to provide save drinking water to city dwellers. Currently, the CDA gets 75 million gallons of water daily from different sources for the population of 6,350,000 but massive leakage in water supply system means city dwellers receive contaminated and short supply of water owing to lethal combination o
