Job Placement: Look First, Hire Later
Evaluating your candidate is part of the investigative process in job hiring. The increased competition for jobs in today’s markets has resulted in constant pressure upon jobseekers – and as a result least 30% of them fabricate their resumes at any given time. As an employer, hiring a candidate that has provided false or misleading information about experience, skills and abilities can be a costly, inconvenient and traumatic experience. So what can be done? Background checksA common practice in hiring is poor background checking. Many employers tend to fast track the hiring process in order to save time and get the position fulfilled as quickly as possible. Big mistake. For lower rank positions, simple identity checks can probably provide the necessary information required to avoid bad placement. However, if it is a highly ranked position, such as executive and m
In this article, we will concentrate on cause and effect language. The uses of Cause and effect (CE) language are many in business.

Let's define the term. Cause and Effect is where some person rightly or wrongly ascribes some effect (outcome) to a cause (stimulus).

If you think about it, all beliefs use cause and Effect to describe what the belief is. An example of this is, "I believe that persuasion skills will cause a sales person to be successful." Let's examine this. The "cause" is persuasion skills, and the effect is success, right? In other words, you could simply say, "persuasion skills cause success." Now, let's discover why this pattern is important in business and how you can use it.

Since people use the cause and effect pattern to describe what they believe is true, it can have a very powerful impact on people you deal with when you use it in your language. Think for just a moment about something that you believe in. In fact write it down. (you may have expressed your belief using only half of the equation su

    Premises and Principles of Sales
sold to such a sophisticated client base had to follow some sort of secret code just to get access to an elite clientele. But as it turns out, the issues that a sales rep faces when selling to high net worth individuals is not all that different from those issues that are faced by a sales rep that sells to the average bear. The principles that I shared with them seemed to be able to solve many of their sales challenges. Keep in mind that if you spend your time focusing on changing your premises and beliefs, more so than sales training, you will find that you have a bigger impact in how people respond to you.Spend fifty percent of your time learning how to shape your premises to those of a top producer. Spend thirty percent of your time learning how to grow your personal development and sales strategy. Spend fifteen percent of your time polishing your habits. Spend only five percent of your time learning selling tactics.Because th

    Customer Service and Its Importance
Whenever we go out to eat what we look for the most after good food is the customer service. Most of the people prefer to eat at places where they like the customer service as when we go to eat outside then we are overwhelmed by good service to get that special feel. The customer service is therefore very important for a hotel or any other establishment if it want to survive in this competitive world. Customer service is not an easy job as you have to deal with stressful and thankless business sometimes. I have experience of eight years in this industry and all times were not good, some were worse enough to scatter my confidence. Even if you are not from hotel industry still you can understand the need for customer service as for people in hotel industry you earn your rent from the public by providing customer service.I started my career in this industry by working at a Chinese restaurant owned by my best friend's father. Transferring Emotion
More than anything else, passion recruits the hearts and minds of your audience members. When the audience can sense your passion and heartfelt conviction for your cause or product, they emotionally jump on board. We all love people who are excited, animated and full of passion. There is a difference between charisma and passion, however. Passion is a transfer of emotion. When you have passion for something, you are excited, you have zeal, and you want to share it with the world. Driven by your passion, you can't be swayed by the opinions of others. You are excited to convert as many people to your cause as possible. When you possess passion, you have a sense of mission that drives you, that stimulates your imagination and that motivates you to higher levels of achievement. Passion alone can be effective in swaying opinion and in getting people to support your product, service or cause. Learning how to per

What to Know When Hiring a Fundraising Consultant
In the world of fundraising and the world of consultants it is inevitability that the two would come together and form the niche market of fundraising consultant. Fundraising consultants offer guidance and direction to companies, non-profits and civic organizations that want help with there fundraising. If you want to hire a fundraising consultant there are definite things to look at and consider before you hire. The first is experience. How much experience does your fundraising consultant have? Are they fresh out of school and still trying to gain experience or have they been doing this for years. n people you deal with when you use it in your language. Think for just a moment about something that you believe in. In fact write it down. (you may have expressed your belief using only half of the equation such as, " I believe persuasion is good", or "A win - win attitude is necessary. If you did that you have deleted the other half of your belief. Therefore to recover it you might ask yourself at the end of what you wrote, because? or, so that? This will uncover the rest of your belief. Using the above example "A win - win attitude is necessary", let's uncover the rest. So I say, because? and the answer for me is, "everyone is benefited". Therefore I could state the entire belief as "A win - win attitude is good because everyone is benefited." The cause in that sentence is win - win attitude and the effect is everyone is benefited. Make sure then that you have written you belief using the above technique so that both halves of your belief is stated.)

Think about that belief for just a moment now. How do you feel when you say it
