    Designing an Efficient Distribution System
Let us look at a few of the big distribution networks in the US that we use today. The US Post Office for instance is a huge complex chain of symbiotic relations ships with vendors to deliver by truck, work with FED EX for air, previously that airmail idea started commercial aviation. The reason it grew big and evolved so well is because of the special teams and companies and individuals from the first air mail carriers to the Wel

The Attraction Factor - Do you want to Attract the Best Clients?
Why do people become attracted to your business? Why is it some days, new client opportunities seem to grow on trees and you ask yourself, what did I do to open these floodgates? Is it just a fad or something that will last for a while? I often think this well will dry up one day; however the flow never seems to slow down. What are some of the factors new clients are attracted to you? I personally believe professionalism
So the internet its self was really a niche! Now isn't that ironic? Today the internet generates an estimated $185 billion in e-commerce spending and is the largest single contributing factor to market globalization. So I guess the smallest niche of all, the internet, made us all rich.

What I would really like to discuss in PART II of "Internet Niche Markets" though is how you can find your niche and what you can do to make it really grow. The first thing you will need to do is to start thinking 'small'. By 'small' I don't mean size. Try to think of niches more as grey areas in a market rather than tiny markets in themselves. That is how they start!

This is one very effective method in finding promising internet niches and it has worked wonders for so many internet entrepreneurs out there. They won't tell you how, though, because the secret to finding your niche could mean the difference between a 3 figure paycheck and a 6 figure paycheck at the end of the month.

If you still don't quite understand what I'm trying to say let's take a look at some examples for better clarification. The dot com boom took flight in the mid 90's right after the world-wide-web was launched and people were ecstatic about putting up their own web sites. Pretty soon companies began making fortunes off of domain registration services.

Then came along the domain squatters. Some wise guy gets an idea to register fortune 500 company names as dot com domains before they do and pretty soon he's selling them the domain he bought for $25 at a crippling price of $25 million. It was completely legal and there was nothing any of those companies could do about it but pay up. Today a number of these cases are taken up in court as blackmail, extortion, or in some cases infringement of trademarks. With millions upon millions of these domain names, especially do

    Networking- Your 30-Second Commercial
Would it surprise you to learn that most business people do not have a 30-second commercial (otherwise known as an elevator speech)? In my travels, even those at the highest level have not completed a few versions to suit any occasion in which they might be asked the age-old question, “What do you do?”It is not only prudent but truly crucial that you be able to simply and quickly describe what you do and who your target aud

Adverse Health Effects Of Oil Mist In Machine Tool Industries
Manufacturing environments that use oil-based cutting fluids often put workers health at risk. Applications such as CNC machines, screw machines and surface and centerless grinders produce an oil mist from the coolant used to keep cutting tools from overheating. Oil mist, also known as cutting oil or metalworking fluid, is an oily liquid aerosol dispersed in the air. Fine oil mist hangs in the air for long periods, similar to toba

Vending Machines - A Benefit For All!
The big machine that dispenses merchandise when you deposit money is what is called a vending machine. When you deposit your money, it is checked by a currency detector, and then the machine allows you to get your desired item. You find them everywhere; in shops, malls, offices and in any other busy locations. This is very convenient for everybody, and unlike a shop, you don’t need the presence of personnel when making a purchase.
y soon he's selling them the domain he bought for $25 at a crippling price of $25 million. It was completely legal and there was nothing any of those companies could do about it but pay up. Today a number of these cases are taken up in court as blackmail, extortion, or in some cases infringement of trademarks. With millions upon millions of these domain names, especially dot coms, flooding the registration database it has become almost impossible to find a good domain name for your business that hasn't already been taken.

So a couple of colleagues took on the mission of resolving this problem by introducing an alternative solution. Their idea: WebSite! The founders of Global Domains International found their niche by exposing the dot com glitch! GDI started off by seeking an alternative domain extension that was both easy to remember and would be widely marketable. Dot com, originally intended for commercial websites, was taken to dot ws (short for WebSite). Now this company has made millions from their dot ws domain alternative idea. It took them a few years, but they still did it and with great success, might I add.

By thinking 'small', GDI saw that there was little opportunity left in the dot com business. So they created opportunity elsewhere, but for a similar market. The gray area here was how the dot com industry failed to meet the growing demands for more domain names. This on its own does not initiate a market, but it does make room for a general niche idea.

Starting a niche is easy. Growing the niche and making significant money from it, on the other hand, can be a rather long and cumbersome process. It requires getting people involved in the market. That means buyers will be telling other buyers and spreading the word about your niche. It also means being noticed by the competition. When groups of people start to get
