Often, they support businesses that have a high potential for growth and those that they feel will return their investments multiple-folds. Remember the days when the companies with whom you gave your hard earned money to appreciated your business? Today, it is rare to find companies who still get one of the basic fundamentals of successful business; take care of the customer or someone else will.With companies cutting costs and reducing internal support structure within their organization, levels of customer service have reached an all time low (my personal opinion). Going above and beyond with all customer interaction is a critical success factor for every business and can help differentiate a company from their competition. We are all consumers and all have stories of good and bad customer service. The memories of bad service seem to blend together and the good service I have received always stands out in my mind. Companies who pay attention to customer experience, service and interaction opportunities foster a "passion for the customer" focus within their team and develop customers for life. I first started putting the jerk's methods to work toward the end of 2005, and since then I've had plenty of time to sit back and reflect on the impact that reading the jerk's book had on me. He's an a**hole, no doubt, but if you look past the marketing gimmicks there is actually a lot of really good information packed into those pages. It is especially good for people that are not already making money online.

His name is Kelly Felix and he's actually married. The whole "rich bachelor" thing is just a marketing ploy. It inspired me so much I was ready to just walk right out of my normal job the next day in order to go home and work on these ideas. This book is very well laid out and looks extremely professional compared to most others I've read. Overall I'd say this book was worth the price just for the inspiration I got out of it.
