    I Quit!
More and more people are calling it quits to successful careers to create some personal leisure time or to pursue another career. This trend is becoming more popular and common. Years ago few people voluntarily quit a job midway through their careers, no matter how unhappy they were. It was not acceptable to leave one job without having another job to go to. There was a stigma present that you were damaged goods if you did so.I think that what has caused executives taking time off more common and acceptable is corporate restructuring which has lead to burnout. Corporate jobs are not as straight forward as once were. These factors have caused employees to bail out for a few months or longer without knowing exactly where or how they will land. Making a decision like this takes planning and it is not something you decide to do overnight. Without some planning it could be a disaster.

Cashing In Your Chips & Pastures New
No, I’m not talking about gambling or dairy cows – although business is often referred to as a gamble, I’m referring to your exit strategy. That time when you decide to ‘play no more’ and go off and practise your golf swing. Yup, I’m talking about selling your business… So you own the show, good for you. You may even have a sign on your desk that says “The Buck Stops Here…But Not For Long” or some other humorous sign. The reality is though that selling your business is deadly serious – here’s why.--- Split PersonalitiesYou are not just one person. You are two. You are the owner of a business, if the business has shares I imagine you own them. And you are also an employee of the business (probably the GM or CEO). This means you work there too.So what? Well those two roles, those two people have different objectives. Permit me to explain. The owner is looking fo
    Getting Ahead

This is where the fun stuff finally hits!

We get to talk about why our job is important to the DXSystem, and how that actually benefits us in terms of profits.

    Where we stand at present

    a) Only those who are adding funds via IB each month, one way or another, are able to keep earning money that they can list for OutXchanges.

    b) If some DXUsers fail to make any particular payment from IB, they will have to pay via standard OA. This means no allowance to just ‘sit passively, doing nothing.’ You are either earning DXG or you are losing what you DID earn back in the form of standard OA fees being taken from your RB/AB each month, until you get back on track (pay from IB). That means that good DXPortfolio management is a sheer necessity. You want to ALWAYS have enough in your IB for upcoming fees for even up to a full year in advance (buffering to make sure your ‘bill is paid’ at all costs, as you would do with any other bills for your household, or life insurance, etc). You want to only hold DXPortfolios that you can cover out-of-pocket fees for each month, one way or another, over the course of time.

    c) We know that the massive ‘backlog’ of DXG that WAS in circulation with little current hope of being exchanged has been corrected for, meaning that right now there is a minimum backlog – one that is VERY EASY to process through and see direct results! That is to say, creating fluidity at this time could not be easier. Just getting the ball into play, which will take perhaps 45 days to see the full effects kick in (so that all the DXUsers who desire to be ‘active’ start paying fees from IB for the DXPortfolios they want to keep earning from). Public Relations for Bridge Builders
Public relations for bridge builders is very important and it makes sense that all the people in the local area understand the need for such infrastructure projects. Often, bridges while they are being built cause traffic jams and upset motorists. But if the bridges are never built then the problem will get worse until there is a worst traffic jam which cannot be solved.Public relations for infrastructure projects include pre-notification of the project to the public and an overview of what this project means to the economic vitality of the area and the traffic flow. A proper public relations program when a bridge is necessary should not cause any hardship or negative publicity. When a bridge building project does cause negative PR it is usually because things were handled incorrectly. It makes sense for Bridge builders to have models that they can display at the City Hall, the

6 Powerful Tips to Creating Testimonials That Will Sell Your Products Fast
There are many ways to market a product or a service and providing the potential clients and customers with testimonials is one of the best ways to market. The power of testimonials can never be underestimated. People, especially nowadays, will only purchase products or avail services which have been referred to them by people whom they know. But most of the times, this is not an option that is in the hands of the business owner, he has to do the next best thing, which is to get testimonials from his past clients.Testimonials are living statements from past customers or clients which states that they were satisfied by the product/ service. Every business must have testimonials to be able to stand out in the ever crowded markets. There are many benefits of having testimonials. Giving Your Business An Energy Makeover
Don’t get us wrong, if you don’t know much about your energy bills or how you use your energy, you’re not alone. There are lots of reasons to take interest, though: the rocketing price of energy, savings to the bottom line, and the environmental benefits, for a start. So, what could you be thinking about?Saving energy in places you’ll not miss it There are usually areas where you use energy but don’t really need to, and this can be easily remedied. For instance, when:1. time controls have stopped working, they have been overridden or incorrectly set;2. heat exchangers have been fouled;3. plant is still switched on when it’s not needed;4. lighting is left on when no-one’s around;5. heaters are working at the same time as air conditioning; or6. auxiliary elements such as fans, chillers and hydraulics are running when their corresponding mach

Employment and Career Opportunities in Trucking
Despite the high oil and gas prices the trucking industry is running at record profits. In fact UPS and FedEx are growing and both announced major acquisitions in the Industry in the neighborhood of over two billion dollars. Unfortunately, the trucking industry cannot get enough drivers to drive all the trucks and haul all the product that needs to get to market. It is estimated that by 2007 there will be a shortage of 145,000 truck drivers. And it is going to be about two more decades and until trucks can drive themselves. Robotic trucks of the future may be more of a necessity than anything else. Many immigrants who are coming over from Russia and Mexico and even the Middle East become truck drivers.Trucking companies are now forced to hire people straight out of prison just to get enough drivers to make it all work. Some trucking companies have only a handful of people in th

Again, with the model that we were using earlier, we could assume that it would take 3-4 months to process through the current backlog, and it will probably take MUCH less time on the whole! Different DXUsers pay their OA/DXD fees on different days, so we would have to wait at least a full month to see just how many ‘activate’ themselves, and feel the effects from that months’ worth of payments.

    d) You can only purchase more Digots by going the full system loop or adding fresh funds, meaning that in order to be allowed to earn more DXG at all, you have to first attend to the job of ensuring continued fluidity for the DXG already in existence. What this does is eliminate the issue of ‘hyper-inflation of DXG harder/faster than funds to control that DXG growth.’

In essence, this means a ‘return to the powerful 2004 system standards’ – where the only other variable is the issue of DXConsoles being more generally available. We know that we need enough DXConsoles to keep things moving quickly, owing to the number of individual exchange facilitation points that can be operated at the same time, to make exchanges rapid for the entire DXUser base demands, ALL the time. At the same time.

    Getting ahead

To define ‘getting ahead’, we mean something functional: providing more total reserves to the system in circulation than DXG in circulation. That is, when there is an ‘exact balance’ of reserves to DXG, then the system can be called ‘saturated.’ By that we mean that every DXG is convertible within a short period of time. How short that period is ultimately gets back to the DXMerchant-to-DXUser ratio. If there is only 1 DXM for every 50 DXUsers (those who are not DXMerchants), then those 50 are basically ‘waiting in li
