Once way to do that is on your website email you have a general email account. Any mail addresses to whatever@yourdomain.com will go to one catchall account. So the first posting email could be xyz@yourdomain.com, the next posting could be 123@yourdomain.com, etc. This way all the mail will come to one folder. You can then approve each posting.
