    Working online is one those things where it's real easy to trick yourself. It's possible to do alot of "keep busy" work. It's easy to get caught up in doing alot of things, so it seems like we're working. When in reality, we're not doing the things that make us money.

    In other words, we're focusing on activity, but not productivity!

    If our bottom-line goal is to make money online, then we have to make sure that's our focus in our online business activities.

    Don't do anything that doesn't produce sales and an income.

    Remember, there is only one thing that makes you money. That is Sales. Somebody sells something. That's how all businesses make money.

    This may sound very simplistic. You may be saying to yourslef, "No kidding, Joe. Who doesn't know that sales is how you make money?" I'd say back to you, "Of course you know that sales is the key. But do you focus on what you know?"

    So, to make money online, you define "productivity" as "making sales."
