    CAN-SPAM for good
Have you noticed lately that the amount of junk mail has actually decreased in your mailbox? Mine has. It took a while to realize it, and credit card offers not withstanding, the amount of other unsolicited mail has dramatically increased in the past year or two. Chalk that up to the cost of stamps an

    Winning the Interview Game
First off, you need to understand that everything they want to know about you is in just 4 key areas:• Why are you here?• What can you do for us?• What sort of person are you?• Can we afford you?So you must get yourself prepared for this. Examine each one of these areas
To explain how fluctuations in your web-site visitors are occurring, I thought of an analogy called Wheelspin and Traction.

First, imagine that you are really keen and excited about learning to drive a car. You read all sorts of books, web sites, blogs and then spend copious amounts of time lurking around forums - learning about the mechanics - and aesthetics of cars and suitable driving methods to get you from a Know-Nothing-Novice to Indy-500-Superstar.

So now you feel like you have acquired the necessary knowledge to be a successful driver. Next you go to a local car dealership - the sort that sells the type of car you believe is suitable for applying your knowledge of driving. Since you are such an expert, you decide to purchase a big grunty V8 - with Slick Tyres, a Stylee Spoiler and Fluffy Dice hanging from the rear view mirror.

You drive the car off the forecourt and, at first, navigate cautiously down the road. You feel great that you have finally started to drive. You stop at the first set of lights and rev the engine a bit. The lights turn green - You floor the accelerator - The wheels spin - The cars slides si

    One Niche You're Rich
Have you found yourself wondering why you are overwhelmed? There is so much material on the Internet regarding Internet marketing. If a person tries to digest all of it at one time, they will will experience a bad case of online marketing indigestion. This is not a good feeling to have. I have had these

Never Return Phone Calls Right Away
I once had a boss who told us to never return phone calls right away. He said if you return a call too quickly, the other person might think you're not very busy. This same boss also liked to say "always make it hard for the other person to schedule an appointment with you".His logic, in both case

Discover How To Turn Your Real Estate Business Into A Cash Machine - Using Other Peoples Money
Like many real estate investors, I started out investing in real estate using my own money and credit. This worked fine for the first few deals. But eventually, as I purchased 20 to 30 properties, my lender at the time, Washington Mutual, cut me off from further deals and my personal funds dried up. I

    Every Businessperson Needs A Rival!
It is the fantasy of most businesspeople to develop a product that is so unique, or a patent that is so ironclad, that we end up with a 100% market share—with, in effect, a monopoly. But if you look at the history of monopolies, they’ve ended up being decadent and remarkably non-innovative. Custome
ate cautiously down the road. You feel great that you have finally started to drive. You stop at the first set of lights and rev the engine a bit. The lights turn green - You floor the accelerator - The wheels spin - The cars slides sideways - There's noise, smoke and a feeling of great excitement.

Then you ease off the accelerator - The car slows - You can't wait for the next opportunity to Wheelspin.

After a while, Wheelspins are not so much fun anymore. Your original perspective of good driving skills changes. You modify your car - removing the Fluffy Dice (oh yes - that’s much better) and changing the brand of tyres. Maybe you change the car all together for something like a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle because you would like to have better Traction.

This is a bit like how my experience of Blogging went during the my first few weeks. I've been Wheelspinning when I posted a comment on a popular Blog - and again when writing about a current hot topic.

Ooh those heady jumps in my Web Stats were certainly exciting. But I long for the Traction of regular visitors.

I believe you can take a positive from quantifying this experience.
