Writing The Perfect Super Bowl Ad: No Real Writing Skills Required?!?
I want to make this point crystal clear: if you write a Super Bowl ad and it gets produced and shown on the big game down in Florida, your life will be in jeopardy. Why?Because the people in the ad business that live and breathe advertising have desperately wanted to accomplish that their ENTIRE careers. (That's really why they work weekends, spouses!)Writing a Super Bowl ad is their Mount Everest. And if you come in and actually write a Super Bowl ad that we end up seeing, and you're not in the business...well, that's just crazy. But here's why its actually doable:MOST PEOPLE THINK THAT WRITIN
In reality, no job is ever perfect, but there is nothing wrong with fantasizing about your ideal job. In fact, it may help you set goals for current employment and your future career. Your fantasy job can help you evaluate real jobs. Real jobs come in three forms: Survival Jobs, Bridge Jobs, and Career Jobs. All three require skills and the ability to describe your skills.

    Fantasy Job
Have some fun and think about your dream job. If you could create your perfect job, what would it be? What would you be doing? Think about your skills, interests and values. Think about the location, work schedule, wages, benefits and level of responsibility you desire. What types of people do you want to associate with, and how? Consider your interests and values. Think about the physical surroundings, size of the business, management style, social atmosphere and whether it's for-profit or non-profit. To help you out, think about the questions below.

    • What would you be doing on your ideal job?
    • What skills are you using in your ideal job?
    • For what activities and tasks are you responsible? What is your work role?
    • What are your co-workers like? How about your supervisor?

Building Your Infrastructure to Sustain Your Service Strategy
Ever wonder why so many customer service strategies are either short-lived or fail before they even get started? I mean think about it: how many companies do you patronize where you consistently (the operative word here is “consistently") receive a positive and memorable buying experience? The type of buying experience that you’ll remember and influences you to return to that company. So how many companies did you come up with? Two points I’d like to make here:1) I bet it took you awhile before a particular company came to mind. I doubt very much that a flood of companies blitzed your mind when you thought about

Five Ways to Boost Online Sales Using Promotional Products
You may have heard that the best promotional products for online entrepreneurs are those that can be delivered electronically. People shopping online, the traditional wisdom goes, are an impatient lot. They want immediate gratification. That means that your online promotional products should be those that can be downloaded – free software, e-books and the like. Rubbish! The truth is that online shoppers like a free promotional gift as well as the next person, and are no more focused on immediate gratification than the bloke who runs down to the nearest high street store to buy something because he can’t wait for it to be delivered.

            Small Business Accounting 101
If you are in business, then guess what - you are either an accountant by default or you need to hire one. Why? People ask that question while letting the year roll by until taxes come due. Oh no! Why do I have penalties?Simple, you are not an accountant and you should have hired on. So the first rule of business accounting is to hire one if you are not one. Second rule of business accounting is to hire an accountant to review your accounting before filing taxes. Most individuals starting a business are unaware that the filing deadlines for corporations and smal
